Android Permissions:

  • CAMERA: To capture photos and videos directly within the App for tasks, projects, and documentation purposes
  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To access and save files, images, and media on your device
  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To access images from your device’s photo library
  • READ_MEDIA_AUDIO: To access audio files from your device
  • READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED: To access user-selected media files
  • ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION: To access location metadata embedded in photos and media files

iOS Permissions:

  • Camera Access: To capture photos and videos directly within the App for tasks, projects, and documentation purposes
  • Photo Library Access: To access and select photos from your device’s photo library
  • Media Location Access: To access location metadata embedded in photos (if enabled)
  • Notification Permissions: To send push notifications to your device

Note: You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. However, revoking certain permissions may limit or disable certain features of the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To provide, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality and features
  • Authentication: To authenticate your identity, manage your account, and secure access to the App

    • Backend API servers (hosted on Render.com or similar cloud infrastructure)
    • Expo’s services for push notifications and app updates
    • Other third-party cloud services used by the App

4.2 Security Measures

While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. The App uses industry-standard security practices, including:

  • Secure authentication mechanisms
  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)

DISCLAIMER: Despite our security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access, data breaches, data loss, or security incidents that may occur. You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk and that we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from security breaches or unauthorized access to your data.

The App relies on third-party services and infrastructure, including:

  • Expo (Expo Application Services): For app development, updates, push notifications, and analytics
  • Better Auth: For authentication and user management services
  • Cloud Hosting Providers: For backend API hosting and data storage
  • Other Service Providers: Various third-party services that support App functionality

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data security, or data handling of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We disclaim all liability for any issues, data breaches, or damages arising from third-party services.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Within Your Organization: Your information may be visible to other members of your organization, team, or project, as determined by your role and the App’s functionality

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Any unauthorized access to your data
  • Any data breaches, security incidents, or cyberattacks
  • Any loss, corruption, or deletion of your data
  • Any interception or monitoring of data transmissions
  • Any security vulnerabilities in third-party services or infrastructure

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Protecting your device and data from unauthorized access
  • Backing up your data
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • Your use of the App and any consequences thereof

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greenland Komarov, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of this Privacy Policy or any applicable law
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the App

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or your use of the App shall be resolved through the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia.
